Returns Policy – Bullet Corp

Thank you for shopping with Bullet Corp. Below are the terms and conditions for our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review these carefully before making a return.


Return Period

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the return.

Partial Refunds

Certain situations may only warrant partial refunds. These include:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to an error on our part.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) within 7 days.

Please note that shipping and transaction fees are non-refundable. A 5% bank fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our bank and transaction costs.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to verify the refund status.
  2. Contact your bank for any processing delays that may have occurred.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made items, including but not limited to Bullet Corp Case Rollsizer Caliber Kits and Bullet Corp Billet Reloading Press Die Adapters.
  • These items are made to order and therefore cannot be returned.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us via info@bulletcorp.co.za.
  2. Send the defective or damaged item to:
    76 Protea Street, Witbank, MP, 1035, South Africa.

Exchanges will be made for the same item only.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping

To return your product, please send it to:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items over R100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
