Shipping Policy – Bullet Corp

Thank you for choosing Bullet Corp. Below are the terms and conditions governing our Shipping Policy. Please take a moment to review the information.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Courier Service

Bullet Corp uses Fastway for domestic deliveries.

Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please note, we do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods or high-volume order times, shipments may experience slight delays. We kindly ask for your patience and allow extra days for transit. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Main Centers: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.

  • Outlying Areas: Estimated delivery time is 5-8 working days.

Shipment to P.O. Box Addresses

Please note that Bullet Corp does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes tracking number(s). Please allow 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for the tracking number to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Bullet Corp is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during or after shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the customer (e.g., tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Bullet Corp is not liable for any damage or loss of products during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Ensure that you retain all packaging materials and damaged goods as required by the carrier for claims processing.

Fastway provides insurance of R1000.00 on packages shipped via their service.

International Shipping Policy

For International Orders:

Please contact us at order@bulletcorp.co.za to inquire about international shipping rates.

As with domestic shipments, all taxes and duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Bullet Corp.
