Wholesale Account Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available exclusively to registered firearm dealers and gun shops.
Wholesale accounts will not be granted to:

Individual sport shooters
-
Shooting clubs
-
Training centers
-
Firearm instructors
-
Resellers operating without a registered gun shop

Applications may require proof of firearm dealership registration before approval.
Minimum Order Requirement
A minimum order value of R10,000 is required to qualify for wholesale pricing.
Once your wholesale account has been approved, you can log in to your account on the Bullet Corp website. Wholesale pricing will automatically be applied when the total qualifying products in your cart exceeds R10,000.
Discount levels vary depending on the product and pack size. Larger bulk packs typically receive greater discounts than smaller pack quantities.
Placing Orders
All wholesale orders are placed through the Bullet Corp website using your approved wholesale account.
Wholesale pricing is only visible and activated once the minimum qualifying order value has been reached.
Payment Terms
We accept payment via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only.
Production will only commence once full payment has been received and cleared.
Please note that Bullet Corp is not VAT registered.
Production & Lead Times
Bullet Corp manufactures products according to demand and current production capacity.
The standard estimated lead time for wholesale orders is 4–8 weeks.
Lead times are provided as an indication only and may vary depending on:

Current production workload

Raw material availability
-
Public holidays
-
Equipment maintenance

Unforeseen production delays
Bullet Corp reserves the right to adjust estimated lead times without prior notice.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once payment has been received and raw materials have been allocated or purchased for an order, the order becomes non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
Any requests for order changes must be approved by Bullet Corp and may result in revised lead times.
Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.
Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.
Shipping Errors or Transit Damage
Bullet Corp is not responsible for products lost, delayed, or damaged while in transit by third-party couriers.
Customers must report any shipping-related issues directly to the courier company and notify Bullet Corp as soon as possible.
Returns
Returns will only be considered for products supplied incorrectly by Bullet Corp or products found to have manufacturing defects.
Any return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Products must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.
Returns are subject to inspection and approval by Bullet Corp.
Product Availability
While every effort is made to maintain product availability, Bullet Corp reserves the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without prior notice.
Wholesale Account Suspension or Termination
Bullet Corp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any wholesale account at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
Feedback
Bullet Corp values customer feedback and welcomes suggestions for product improvements, new product development, and service enhancements.
Customer feedback plays an important role in helping us improve our products and service offerings.
